Hello, I Have An Area On The Upper Left Side

Hello, I have an area on the upper left side of my torso, roughly my stomach area that hurts like it's bruised. I have some new pock marks appearing there and a couple of moles. However, when I touch the area it feels bruised on the inside. I haven't done anything out of the ordinary, and it only started in the past day or two.
