Hello, I Have An Urgent Question. I Am Truly Embarrassed

Hello, I have an urgent question. I am truly embarrassed and need this information to stay confidential. I shot meth IV into the top of my left hand and missed. It is the next day and my left hand is extremely swollen and red. It hurts to make a fist in my hand. I can't go to a doctor because of embarrassment (as I was 15 months clean before i made this horrible decision yesterday). I need to know if I am at risk for permanent damage or how long I can wait to see if it fixes itself without risking permanent damage. Please help, this is urgent. I would love to load an image, but do not know how. Please let me know ASAP as I can't have this cause permanent damage. I don't know if a vein collapsed, I hit a nerve, or what happened, but I am really scared and anxious about this.
