Hello, I have atopic dermatitis everywhere. my hands legs arms back neck , its just everywhere i evenn have some on my fingers. I have been using dettol in the bathroom to help with the inflamation and infection and it works but how long can i keep using it? I wanted to stop using the steroid creams but i need something to help keep it at bay. Is vitamin E oil good?
