Hello, I Have Auto Immune But Affects Just My Skin

Hello, I have auto immune but affects just my skin making it sensitive to heat and dust resulting in red itchy inflammation. I am well and had not developed it for last many months. Two days ago had loose motion and fever after which rash has come up on chest. Is there any tube that I can apply that could help?
