Hello, I Have Avoided Going To The Doctor For Several

Hello, I have avoided going to the doctor for several years now. I'm really worried I might have something really wrong with me. I have no pain in my abdomen but I there is constant gurgling sounds and I feel like I'm always hungry. Around my belly button there is a real feeling of fullness. I feel this especially when I lay down at night. I notice that when I sneeze laying down, there is a shooting pain throughout my body. There is a history of ovarian cysts in my family and my periods are regular. When I run for extended periods of time, I get severe cramping. Also, I have been getting increasingly bad gas. Any opinion you could share would be appreciated. Thanks.
