Hello, I Have Bad Swelling On My Testicals And A

Hello, I have bad swelling on my testicals and a rash all around my groin, I went to the hospital and they told me it was cellulitis and gave me cream, but now I have used the cream and my testicals are still are still swollen and at the bottom of them there is puss coming out and what looks to be like a very red vain. It is a painful ache coming from my testicals and it gets very wet from puss discharge. I don't know what else to do, I read online to use polysporin, do you think that is a good idea please help me
