I have been back pain from 2 years. I done MRI test, and report is as
Mile degenerative changes in the lumber spine
At L4 L5 mild diffuse disc bulge along with ligamentum flavum thickening indents the thecal sac, encroaches bilaterly neural foramina without neural compression .
AT l2 l3 mild posterior disc bulge abuts the thecal sac wihtout neural compression.
