Hello I Have Been Bit By A Dog A Long

Hello I have been bit by a dog a long time ago like a year ago, I am a fifteen year old boy and my right nipple has doubled in size and there is puss coming out of where the dogs two teeth have punctured into my nipple, I do not know what to, it is bothering me to the point for me to try to puncture and drain the puss out, please help, there are two little balls inside of my nipple where the dog has put its teeth in.
