Hello. I Have Been "clean" For One And Half Years

Hello. I have been "clean" for one and half years now from a 32 year addiction to legally prescribed opiate pain killers due to a twice broken spine in 1984. I put clean in quotes as I am in a Suboxone program. However, after a physical assault and almost being raped last night ( luckily someone came along and put a stop to that) I was so upset I took a20mg valium (frommy saviour) to calm down. I know I sshouldn't have but I did. I would not have had this situation not occurred. I will likely have a urine test on Monday ( 5 days) and am worried now. Is there ANYTHNG I can do to try and get it out of my system asap? Please help. Thank you so kindly.
