Hello! I Have Been Coughing For About Two Weeks With

Hello! I have been coughing for about two weeks with recent development of chest pain, runny nose, nasal drip and headaches. I went to urgent care yesterday. MD informed me I have bronchitis. I received a shot [antibiotics], cough syrup and additional antibiotics in pill form. Tonight when I blow my nose, I notice blood in the tissue and also blood in my phlegm. Should I go to the ER?
