Hello, I Have Been Dealing With Anxiety For Past Four

I have been dealing with anxiety for past four months. My pcp started me on paxil which i was on 4 years ago and it worked for me then as well as ativan for prn. she put me back on paxil and ativan but the paxil was giving me bad thoughts. this is the second SSRI i have a side effect too. I am currently on buspar 10m in the am 10mg at noon and 15 mg at 6pm with ativan .5 mg three times a day. It seems like every time the buspar is increased i start to feel better than after a week or two of that increased dose i start to feel anxious again? I dont know if the dose is still not right or if this is the right medication for me. I have an appt with a psychiatrist in three weeks but wanted advice before then because i keep having these up's and down's and it's mentally draining.
