Hello, I Have Been Dealing With Chronic Eyelid Inflamation In

Hello, I have been dealing with chronic eyelid inflamation in my right eye. My eye Dr put me on Lotemax and I have been using one drop a day in my right eye for one month and my left eye for about two weeks (he suggested I start using there also since eyelid is very red). Earlier this week I woke up with slightly blurry vision and tender pain in my right eye. I immediately thought it was just more inflamed eyelid issues, but the second day of pain, the lower outer quarter of the white of my eye turned red and pain contjnued, particularly when I squinted, looked up, or blinked, or to touch. I began to think the pain was my eye, not the lid, because eyelid wasn't painful at all times, but same spot on eye was. Went back to Dr who suggested something irritated eye causing this infection. He suggested I start taking Lotemax more frequently -3-4x a day in right eye - until symptoms improve. Last night before bed, I noticed I now have a small white or clear bump on eyeball in that,area (bump is on lower outer part on eyeball just below where lower eyelid sits so it's only visible when i look up or pull down lower lid. It looks wet and like top layer of eyeball in that area is a little wrinkly when I move lower lid up or down. Pain has not improved at all and redness has subsided a bit, but still there a little. Should I be concerned or is this another symptom of some sort of eye irritant causing infection? Should i go to urgent care? Will bump go away?
