Hello.. I Have Been Dealing With Muscle Twitches Or Its

Hello.. I have been dealing with muscle twitches or its the same feeling when your eye lid jumps but its been in my legs for over a year now. I also at night time have occasional almost a tiny pin prick on my feet. I just currently stopped taking gabapentin because I don't want to be on a lot of prescriptions and I currently take nexium and losartan. The pin pricks used to be harder now they are light, but it is still annoying. It all started in 2015.. rough year with deaths and a suicidal sister.. wasn't sure if this could be stress related. Never got a clear answer from my doctor, which was disappointing I must say.
