Hello, I Have Been Dealing With Pain In My Ribcage

Hello, I have been dealing with pain in my ribcage for the past week or so. It has largely remained on the left side, but will migrate to the right every so often. It only seems to come up with I think about it, though, and I only get this type of pain when my anxiety spikes. Is this something I should be worried about or is it a common symptom of anxiety?
