Hello. I Have Been Diagnosed With Grade 3 Endometrial Adenocarcinoma.

Hello. I have been diagnosed with Grade 3 endometrial adenocarcinoma. The pathology initially showed stage II, but a CT scan showed enlarged lymph nodes, so it may change to stage III. My oncologist wants to do a colonoscopy prior to removing my lymph nodes and ovaries so colon surgery can be done at the same time if necessary (I always have odd bowel habits). My concern is that it seems it will take a month or more before I will have the surgery! I am understanding that grade 3 is the most aggressive type! Any idea how fast this spreads? I don't want this to get in my lungs & brain waiting for surgery!
