Hello, I Have Been Diagnosed With Global RSD, For 4

Hello, I have been diagnosed with global RSD, for 4 yrs now, we had a SCS placed in July but the results where horrible. Increase in pain, difficulty breathing, on 02 24/7 now. my PM would like them taken out. ASAP I live in Carson City NV. Could you recommend someone to do the removal. The Doctor who placed it has been denied services at the hospitals. (scary right?)
