Hello. I Have Been Diagnosed With Having Heel Spurs. I

Hello. I have been diagnosed with having heel spurs. I walk a mile and a half to work. Then I'm on my feet during my shift as a porter. Then the mile and a half walk back home. Once home I'm so exhausted I have to lye down. If I have to get up I can't walk or take that first step for several seconds. The podiatrist I visited didn't take x rays or anything. I'm in deep pain . this is effecting my job and my life. Is there a cure for this ?
