Hello. I Have Been Experiencing EXTREME Fatigue Over The Last

Hello. I have been experiencing EXTREME fatigue over the last two months. If I did not work, I would sleep about 16 hours per day. As it is, I can barely wake up after 10 hours of total sleep (no getting up to urinate, no waking up through the night AT ALL!). I also have very VERY swollen glands underneath my jaw, both sides, in the fleshy part next to my esophagus, not in the jaw itself. Touching them is VERY painful. Help! I can't get into my doctor for four weeks!!!
