Hello. I Have Been Experiencing A High Fever Every Day

Hello. I have been experiencing a high fever every day or so for the past ten days. I take some Motrin and the fever lessens. This is accompanied by severe chest and back pain that seems to start in my outer ribs. This pain feels like broken ribs and impedes my ability to take more than half a breath.
