Hello. I Have Been Experiencing Discomforting Pain On My Left

Hello. I have been experiencing discomforting pain on my left lower back abdomen and hip,area. The pain sometimes radiates to the front but most of the time it feels like muscle pain as well which includes my back shoulder blade area all the way to my neck. It also radiates to my vaginal and button bone area. I wake up in the morning with my Lowe back hurting all the time. The pain is in the kidney area. My doctor had an X-Ray and MRI. His diagnosis is arthritis in my hip area. I feel,pretty uncomfortable almost every day.
