Hello. I Have Been Experiencing Severe Fatigue, Headaches, And Swollen

Hello. I have been experiencing severe fatigue, headaches, and swollen glands for months. When I went to the doctor they swabbed my throat and I tested negative for both strep and mono so they said I probably just have some virus and will just have to wait it out. Then today I noticed that I have splinter hemorrhages under 7 of my nails. Do you have any idea what could be the cause of all this? Should I go back in to see my doctor?
