Hello, I Have Been Experiencing Some LR Abdominal Discomfort And

Hello, I have been experiencing some LR abdominal discomfort and minor distension for over a 3 months which followed anal play. I also have pain on sitting which i think might be (abscess, sciatica). Interestingly, lower discomfort appears less now but has been replaced by UR discomfort/ occasional sharp pain. Clearly i need some invention, colonoscopy and VT colonoscopy have been suggested. I would very much welcome your advice as i do not want to go ahead with the procedures if they are not capable of identifying other potential causes. Many thanks
