Hello, I Have Been Experiencing Stomach Problems For About A

Hello, I have been experiencing stomach problems for about a year now and still cannot figure out the cause. I am a 21 year old female and I have had a barium swallow and ultra sound which have come back clean. I experience nausea, weakness, vomiting, bloating, cramping, among other things as well. I know I have a very acidic stomach and over the past week I've been really sick. All today I have been experiencing a mild cramp/twitch on my right side in between the end of my rib cage and my navel. At the same time I am profusely sweating and getting heat flashes. Please let me know if it is something I should immediate help for or if it is something that will pass. Thanks
