Hello. I Have Been Extremely Sleepy Like Nodding Off, When

Hello. I have been extremely sleepy like nodding off, when writing all my words alnt upward and don't stay in line, disoriented and trouble with vision. what in the world is going on? I also have poison ivy, which I have never ever been allergic to before going on two months. It will NOT go away, It is causing bruising under the skin, like blood bruising.
