Hello, I Have Been Feeling Sharps Pains In My Heart.

Hello, I have been feeling sharps pains in my heart. I had an EKG, mammo and all is good but the pains don't go away. Today I bent over to pick something up from the ground and I got a sharp pain in my heart and I had to stop for a min. I have a heart murmur since I was a child can this be a problem. I do feel like there is a feeling of a whole or something. It's very weird but scary.
