Hello, I Have Been Feeling This General Pressure Going On

Hello, I have been feeling this general pressure going on in my head for the past 2 weeks, and symtoms like a niacin rush (feverish, head pressure), there was also inner ear pressure that I had solved via altitude change, but now I have a strange migraine that feels pressure based that is on the top right area of my head. Drowsyness (physically) (but sleeplessness), also a heavy head feeling. I have sweated a large amount today, had a moderate amount of caffiene. I realize a proper diagnosis can't be done except in person. I'm only looking for "on the go" relief options for this. I looked on mayo clinic and the top result is Encephalitis. The symptoms match somewhat.
