Hello. I Have Been Getting Red Itchy Bumps With A

Hello. I have been getting red itchy bumps with a small white dot in the middle on my arms for the past week, with a new one appearing every morning. I cleaned out the room I'm sleeping in including the bed yet this morning I woke up with a new one. Thank you for your help.
