Hello, I Have Been Have Issues With Sweating Excessively. Low

Hello, I have been have issues with sweating excessively. Low energy and my hair is falling out. I have no bald spots, but I am losing more hair than normal. I had my thyroid nuke several decades ago and my synthroid dosage was lower a few years back to 88 mcg. I am over menopause. My blood work for my thyroid reading came back as 0.54 in July of this year. Any suggestions on what could be causing these sweating episodes and hair loss? Thanks
