Hello, I Have Been Having A Burning Sensation When I

Hello, I have been having a burning sensation when I pee. It is not frequent and mainly occurs when I first wake up in the morning or after sex. During sex when I ejaculate it will burn as well but I do not experience burning when I ejaculate from masturbating. I sometimes have a constant urge to pee and I get a dribbling feeling after I pee. I have been tested for a UTI and Chlamydia/gonorea and both have tested negative.
