Hello, I Have Been Having A Dull Achy Pain In

Hello, I have been having a dull achy pain in the lower left area between my abdomen and crease top of leg. This came on suddenly about 1 1/2 weeks ago. The pain appears to be getting a little worse especially when I get up after sitting for long periods of time ( I have a desk job). I have also had constipation for about 3 weeks but thought to be due to a new lifestyle change of diet. Could I be experiencing diverticulosis? My mother has it as well as a sister.
