Hello I Have Been Having A On Going Ant Problem

Hello I have been having a on going ant problem I all the sugar and thing that might cause them to come back but the other day I had noticed popping up in my room in my laundry basket but wasn't sure why there were goino in there but then I had changed and came home later that night and noticed a ton of them on my bathroom floor so when I picked up my underwear they were all over them. I can't seem to keep them away from attacking my underwear it makes me feel very disgusting and embarrassed when my spouse is around. Why would they be attracted to my underwear and what could I do to keep them from going after them? Does it mean I have something wrong with my discharge? Is it a normal thing or should I be worried?
