Hello. I Have Been Having Cold, Pain, Tingeling In Both

Hello. I have been having cold, pain, tingeling in both legs since the end of Oct. Thought it was age (63) and weather. Wearing longjohns at work with heavy socks. Work indoors. Now (Feb) I have at home all the time also. Seems to go away when I go to bed and then back the next day. I have VA health. Thinking about getting appointment. Am I just cold?
