Hello I Have Been Having Knee Pain Especially In My

Hello I have been having knee pain especially in my right knee for about 8 months it does not hurt everyday. both of my knees make creeking noises You can hear them when I walk up and down the step I had an xray and was sent to physical therapy which the therapist was more concerned about the noise . I had a MRI down which showed that the right knee has 2 loose bodies in the joint space . one 8mm adjacent to the medial femoral epicondyle deep to the patellar retinaculum. and the other 6 mm is centrally in the joint posterior to the cruciate ligaments. Both surrounded by fluid. there was some signs of spurs or arthritis. I have been recommended to have arthroscopy and wondering if I should wait or try some other methods first.
