Hello I Have Been Having Pain On My Right Side

Hello I have been having pain on my right side of my back for a few days now. I originally thought maybe it was due to my asthma being that it’s mostly painful when I breathe. I went to a urgent care Cline where they did a d dimer and came back at 803 and was then sent to the hospitals ER ( waste of my time. ) I explain where my pain was they did a cat scan with contrast another ekg and said no your fine go home. However they only checked my chest and basically didn’t even listen to me when I tried to explain that my pain was not in my chest but rather in my back. I guess my question is 1) could that d diner test be a false read and 2 if they did a ct scan of the chest if there were a embolism in the lung should is show up? I am still in pain and feel like the Er didn’t even address the reason why I was sent in the first place
