Hello I Have Been Having Problems With Going To The

Hello I have been having problems with going to the bathroom for about 7 years and its getting worst. I now only go to the bathroom some times every 3 days us varys also when I go it varys from hard balls to the runs always have grany sandy like stuff bi always hava severe stomach pain after eating also always have mucus. What could be wrong?
