Hello, I Have Been Having Problems With My Hands And

Hello, I have been having problems with my hands and knees. First my finger tips cracked then started peeling. Then it mived down my fingers to my nuckles. Now it is also foing the same thing on my knees it often stings a little not much it just mostly peels badly and so often cracks I have tried using Eucerin and it has not worked could you help me please. Thankyou if it helps I am female 15 years of age.
