Hello. I Have Been Having Regular Periods For The Last

Hello. I have been having regular periods for the last 6 years (when I got my tubes tied). Last month, it lasted about 2 or 3 days longer than normal and was 2 weeks late. About 4 days after my period, I started spotting. At first, it was just when I went to the bathroom. After about 3 days, it started getting heavier. Its lasted 9 days now. I do have pelvic pain that goes throughout my back and down my right leg. Any suggestions??
