Hello, I Have Been Having Seemingly Random Boughts Of Stabbing

Hello, I have been having seemingly random boughts of stabbing pain in the back of my lower left rib cage for about a year now. Usually it comes on suddenly and only lasts for about a minute after which that area is sore for maybe an hour and I feel very tired and full. I also have some pain in the front of my abdomen on the left side, but it is more frequent and less severe. I know that I have gerd, gastritis and an erosion in my stomach so I have always attributed the pain to that, but I am curious if the issue in my back could be something else.
