Hello. I Have Been Having Spells Of Lightheadedness, Combined With

Hello. I have been having spells of lightheadedness, combined with headaches which only appear around the upper right eye (sometimes left but mirror image location) and which flare whenever I bend down. it's been going on now for nearly two weeks. In the last few days I've also noticed a pain like a bruise under my left eye, but have had no injury and there's nothing to see, no redness, swelling or anything. I have read various suggestions linked to sinuses but I have no mucus-type symptoms, except that I usually/always need to blow my nose when I eat. Does any of this make any sense? I am otherwise a very healthy person, well hydrated, good diet, slim and fit. I don't like to bother the GP and am particularly not keen on antibiotics (haven't had any for years) but am beginning to think I might have to make an appointment. Any thoughts would be welcome.
