Hello , I Have Been Having Stomach Pain. It Started

Hello , I have been having stomach pain. it started around my belly button a couple of months ago and now it comes and goes on my lower right side. i also get a low grade fever and nasuea. i notice when i go to the bathroom i see white stuff floating attached to my stool and i am not sure if it is mucus or not could you please tell me what could be the possible causes of this and is it something that i should go to the emergency room now for or should i wait and visit my doctor on monday
