Hello, I Have Been Having These Random Waves Of Nausea

Hello, I have been having these random waves of nausea and I've been running to the restroom almost nonstop lately. It feels like I have a full bladder but when I go I don't urinate that much and it's clear. Also, I haven't eaten anything today. I've had some water and energy drink but that's it. Could that be part of the problem?
