Hello I Have Been Having Trouble Having An Erection And

Hello I have been having trouble having an erection and when I do the base of my penis about an inch and a half in length stays small now and the rest is normal in size during erection I am taking lyrica now for about 1 1/2 years and before that hydromorphone as I had 2 previous back surgeries at L4-L5 with screws installed in 1987 and have never been without pain since I am now awaiting surgery on my back as at L3-L4 my spinal canal has almost closed and I no longer have spinal fluid there also at L5-S1 my spinal canal is less than a third in size with a syst in it The pain can cause me problems and I sometimes have to stop. The only other thing which I was wondering could cause this problem approximatelly 2 years ago I had a catheter for about a week for prostate problems I am worried about this new condition and would apprecviate an opinion Thank you John
