I have been having trouble with incontinence for about 4 months now. I have been to a NP and treated with antibiotics. They help with the frequency, but I am still experiencing debri or sediment in my urine. I drink a lot of water thinking that would help, but it doesn't. Previous to this year I have never had more thatn 2 or 3 UTIs in my life. I dont know what this is and the doctors I go to aren't very reassuring with any causes or treatment suggestions.
