Hello I Have Been On Adderall Xr For Many Years

Hello I have been on Adderall xr for many years for my adhd I moved to new city and was not able to find someone to make the transfer. My family doctor forgot to give me several months of refills prepped.. lately her office has been hard to get ahold of. Been struggling without it lately and was told about online help. Basically need a temporary refill to help me to function and what to do next, etc....
