Hello, I Have Been On Hiprex 1gm 2x Per Day

Hello, I have been on hiprex 1gm 2x per day with 1000 mg of vitamin C. I have been getting chronic bladder infections for 3yrs. I have been doing well for the past 3 months by taking the hiprex but this morning I woke with a bladder infection. I have a script here for trimethoprim 100 mg 2x per day but I’m not sure if I can tak it with the hiprex in my system. My urologist & family dr are both closed & the infection is getting quite uncomfortable. Can I take the trimethoprim?
