Hello. I Have Been On The Mirena For Almost Four

Hello. I have been on the Mirena for almost four years. I had my period this month but it was very light and lasted three days. I am nausea, having abdominal pains, feeling flutters in my stomach, and I just had a creamy white discharge with light pink blood. Can you tell me what does this mean?
