Hello I Have Been On The Pill But I Am

Hello I have been on the pill but I am on my week break I have started having light bleeding but it is more gunk than anything and my boobs are sore and my hair is starting to fall out and I am so tired lately and have been feeling sick at times though out the day what could this be? Or could I be pregnant?
