Hello I have been running a temperature of 100.8-101.3. I am having episodes of slight confusion and dizzy spells as well as difficulty swallowing and taking deep breaths. I am going through episodes of mentally feeling about 60% focused and thats it. my joints hurt and so do my muscles.
