Hello. I Have Been Sniffin Badly These Days As Few

Hello.
I have been sniffin badly these days as few weeks ago I had a blocked nose and I was trying to sniff hard and now my nose is swollen and my chest is a bit sore and painful. Is it something to worry about my chest and nose swollen?
My doctor gave me antibodies and I have been taking them. Dropped steroid as doctor said it might make my Insomnia worse. Because of all this I had Insomnia for weeks already too.
