Hello, I Have Been Suffering From What I Assume Grand

Hello, I have been suffering from what I assume grand mal seizures a few months out of the year for the last 2 years. They have consistently happened right after my first bowel movement of the morning. I am type 1 diabetic and assumed it was related to low blood sugars but will check my blood sugar and it will be normal and still have a seizure. Other times I can have a BS level of 40 and not go into a seizure. I have also been diagnosed with low levels of estrogen and have never naturally had a menstrual cycle. I used medication to regulate my cycles each month. The first seizure I had was at 19 years old, I am currently 30 years old. I also am curious that lack of sleep is influencing the onset of seizures. But I just find it odd that they only happen in the morning after my first bowel movement while still on the toilet. Please let me know if you can help. Thank you.
